ASSEMBLY HALL FOR RENT

The Methodist Home rents out an inviting assembly hall of 100 m² with an attached kitchen. The room is located on the 4th floor. with elevator, has attached kitchen and direct access to a furnished, shared roof terrace. The room has room for 50 people at the table and 60 for lectures/teaching. The venue has a grand piano, sound system, connection to 2 large screens, as well as external speakers for singing and instruments. Along one long wall of the room there is a sloping ceiling with windows.

The assembly kitchen has an oven with steam function, coffee machine, stove and hotplates, refrigerator, as well as a dishwasher and all equipment needed for setting and cooking.

Right outside the venue there are two toilets, one of which is a handicap toilet. In the hallway there is a wardrobe rack.

The Methodist Home is a nursing home where 60 people live. On the 4th floor. there is a housing unit for 10 nursing home residents, but the nursing home part is separate from the assembly room. Right next to the assembly room there is a canteen / staff room, where employees take their breaks and eat, part of the day.

There are always employees present in the building. The building is adapted for the disabled, and there are about 7 parking spaces on the site, which are also used by employees and visitors. In addition, reference is made to parking spaces on the neighboring plot (payment machine / parking app).
